Back in Batug in Leyte. Super inspired after a full day of ecosystems study and a climate resilience lecture with Dr. Ed Mangaoang, Director for Climate Change Research and Development at the Visayas State University. Here with the Batug women's association, Batug Youth Movers for Peace and Development, and One Block for Batug, we are studying how to rehabilitate their eroding river system, how to generate livelihood out of bamboos and native trees they can cultivate and grow


The Indigenous Way of the Circle
A full day hosting a community mandala action planning workshop with Kankanaey tribal and local government leaders here in Sagada through the invitation of my friend Dom-An Macagne.
