How might we lead ourselves and others in times of complexity and disruption to scale resilient and regenerative solutions for food sovereignty, livelihoods, and climate resilience?

In Tagalog, the term for leadership is Pamumuno. We source the spirit of regenerative leadership to meet the aims of ecosystem restoration from its root word "puno" or tree.

Pamumuno Lab is a learning journey for regenerative leadership in scaling ecosystem restoration aims in the Philippines to address its extreme climate vulnerability and meet the UN Decade for Ecosystem Restoration targets in the country.

DESIGN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Establish an effective community of practice and multi-stakeholder platform for leaders addressing ecosystem restoration in their communities to be able to scale their solutions up, wide, and deep.

  • Activate and catalyze an ecosystem of leaders across different sectors in places addressing the impacts of the pandemic and the climate crisis.

  • Develop the capacity of these leaders and their organizations with technical support and enabling conditions to help them scale their solutions

  • Develop, deliver, and document restoration impacts and contribute to the shaping and implementation of the UN Decade for Ecosystem Restoration targets of the country.
